OTR Driver
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Introduction (fluff) – not needed as a section? It's generic, but maybe we could treat as "About the role"? However "About the role" heading is for description of role. The intro is more about company culture. Could be considered "About the role"? But we need to preserve substantive info. The intro is fluff but still part of posting. However we can include it as a
maybe under a heading? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Overview: description of OTR Driver role. That could be "About the role". It includes: operate commercial truck/trailer, etc. So we can put that under About the role
with
content. - Responsibilities: a long list. So
Responsibilities
with- items.
- Qualifications: includes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (with levels), Licenses and Certifications. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction lists both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide what content goes where. Typically "Requirements" could be the mandatory licenses etc. "Qualifications" could be the knowledge, skills, abilities. But we can also combine. However we should not create thin sections. We have substantive content for both.
We have "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities" with bullet points (Medium/High). That's qualifications. Then "Licenses and Certifications" list of requirements. That could be "Requirements". So we can have:
Qualifications
with- for each KSA item.
- ...
- ...
- ...
- . Ensure we don't lose any. Now Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) list: each item has a level (Medium/High). We need to keep the text and maybe the level? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the level indicator as part of the item. Items: "Reading and writing English, knowledge of airport codes destinations and basic geography knowledge Medium" "Must be detail oriented and able to work in fast pace, high volume environment Medium" "Strong organizational and time management skills Medium" "Actively participates in safety policies, activities, and implementations Medium" "A team player who works well with others – being respectful to our teammates is a Core Value High" "A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability, and autonomy in your role High" "Growth mindset – being passionate about your craft, always looking for ways to improve yourself and the company, being open to change and doing things differently High" "Customer service focus – we serve a wide variety of customers, both internal and external, and building relationships is a part of our culture High" We need to keep each as
- . Now Requirements (Licenses and Certifications) list: each item includes "Upon Hire (Required)" maybe. We should keep that. Items: "CDL - Group A - Commercial Drivers License - Must have a valid CDL A to drive a truck 26,001 lbs. or greater Upon Hire (Required)" "Must be a TSA-certified truck driver and obtain a STA number Upon Hire (Required)" "Maintain a current Department of Transportation Medical Card Upon Hire (Required)" "Have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Upon Hire (Required)" "Be able to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and road test Upon Hire (Required)" "Cargo screening is required if driving in CA. Upon Hire (Required)" "No more than three (3) moving violations in the past 36 months (or combination of two (2) moving violations previous 12 months. Moving violations include seatbelt and cell phone violations. Upon Hire (Required)" "No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within three years Upon Hire (Required)" "Has no conviction for driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs violation within the past seven (7) years Upon Hire (Required)" "Reside within a one-hour commute from Earth City, Mo to ensure timely attendance and participation in on-site activities (Required)" We need to keep each as
- .
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no extra text.
Let's craft:

with- for licenses and certifications.
We also have "About AIT Worldwide Spur Freight" description – could be part of "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company". Not in list of headings; we could omit or incorporate into About the role. Probably we can include as part of About the role (since it's about the company). But we already have About the role with overview; we could add another paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, contact info, etc. At the end there is "Spur Freight Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veterans/Disabled. If you are unable to apply online due to a disability, contact human Resources at 630-766-8300 ext 5218." That's boilerplate; remove.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We must not include Pay, Schedule, Benefits sections because not mentioned.
Thus final HTML:
About the role
... overview paragraph ... plus maybe the About AIT Worldwide Spur Freight paragraph.
