About the role
Dexter is hiring a CDL OTR Driver for a dedicated route delivering trailer parts and products to our customers. This position offers steady work, well-maintained equipment, and a schedule that gets you home every weekend!
Responsibilities
- Safely transport trailer parts and products to Dexter branch locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns
- Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Drive safely and professionally in varying weather and road conditions
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual experience required)
- Van or Flatbed experience preferred
- Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years)
- Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations
- Able to handle long driving days when needed

- Average Annual Earnings: $102,700 based on 2,785 miles per week and 6 deliveries per week

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on the MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
- Valid Social Security Number
