OTP Therapist
Your Role in Our Mission
You will provide specialized counseling, assessment, and care coordination for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) within a clinic setting.
Key Duties
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Conducting individual/group therapy
- Monitoring progress
- Care coordination with medical staff to support recovery

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline—either LCMHC, LCSW or LCAS
- Documented experience with the population to be served
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technical skills
- Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - 56,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $57,000+
