About the role
Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is seeking both Comprehensive Otolaryngologists and fellowship-trained specialists in Rhinology and Pediatric ENT.
Responsibilities
- Join a growing rhinology program with access to: A dedicated outpatient surgery center with image-guided technology, state-of-the-art in-office procedure suites, established referral pathways, and a strong neurosurgery partnership for complex skull base cases.
- Step into a busy, community-based pediatric ENT practice with: A strong referral network of pediatricians and family medicine providers, high demand for core procedures (ear tubes, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies), and opportunities to expand into additional clinical interests.
- Opportunities to influence operations and practice growth, build long-term wealth, and actively shape the future of the practice, with investment opportunities in: The physician practice, Ambulatory surgery center, commercial real estate, and hearing aid retail business.
Requirements
- Comprehensive Otolaryngologists and fellowship-trained specialists in Rhinology and Pediatric ENT.
- Highly competitive, RVU-based compensation model including a $100,000 sign-on bonus and 24-month partnership track.
- Light call responsibility for the practice (~2 weekdays/month, ~4 weekends/year) and hospital (1 weekday/month, ~2 weekends/year).
- Skilled clinical support team to allow physician to operate at full capacity without workflow constraints.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Fellowship-trained in Rhinology and/or Pediatric ENT preferred.
