Otolaryngology Physician - INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center - Oklahoma City

About the Role

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a BE/BC full-time employed Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician to join the team in Oklahoma City, serving the south OKC and regional market. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a robust general ENT practice, including surgery and allergy testing/treatment. We offer an extensive referral network through our INTEGRIS Health Medical Group and INTEGRIS Health Partners, the first clinically integrated network in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly evaluate and manage each patient appropriately and document information completely via written notes or dictation on a timely basis.
• Identify relevant medical issues accurately and use appropriate procedures and testing.
• Complete and maintain problem lists, medication lists, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets, and other medical record forms.
• Participate in quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee.
• Provide direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth-running team.
• Ensure fiscal viability of the practice.
• Comply with policies and procedures, if applicable.
• Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood, body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and workplace violence incidents.
• Follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma MD or DO license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
