Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate, and accessible medical care to underserved residents of New York State.
• Offer a wide range of clinical services including urgent care, primary care, and specialty services, as well as nursing home staffing and care management.
• Participate in a Population Health model of care guided by an unwavering dedication to innovation in healthcare delivery.
• Work in various settings including in-person at over 35 medical offices and through the Essen House Calls program.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Experience in relevant medical field preferred.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing quality healthcare to underserved populations.
