About the role
100-bed hospital Otolaryngology Department is adding another physician due to growth. Join an existing ENT physician and choose between W2 hospital employment or 1099 independent contractor. Shared call (ER call 7 days per month). Supported by RN, MA, or other—MA with plans to add an NP. Schedule: Monday–Thursday and half-day Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Provide otolaryngology care in a growing department
- Share ER call (7 days per month)
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Medical Doctor with or without US residency with current US work visa
- Prefer 1–3 years of experience
- 2027 Fellows welcome
Pay
Competitive base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks, with additional earning potential through a generous wRVU incentive program. Total compensation based on MGMA median to 75th percentile. Sign-on bonus and/or loan repayment available—willing to discuss.
