Otolaryngology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

An Advanced Practitioner specializing in general Otolaryngology is sought to join a collaborative outpatient team comprising APs, a physician, and an audiologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in a clinic with 6 exam rooms, seeing both pediatric and adult patients.
• Manage a mix of new and follow-up appointments scheduled every 30 minutes.
• Dedicate the last hour of each day to administrative tasks such as notes and in-basket management.
• Engage in opportunities for teaching, research, and enhancing patient access.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required).
• Strong clinical skills in Otolaryngology and experience with outpatient care.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently manage patient flow, and participate in team initiatives.
