Responsibilities
- Take over an established practice
- Work with medical students, family medicine residents, and CRNA students
- Practice out of one office location and one hospital (not a trauma center)
- Utilize strong support staff including a registered nurse or medical assistant and a scribe for each physician
Benefits
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $4,000 annual allowance for CME
- Additional 4% of salary contributed toward retirement
Pay
$525,000 annual salary
Schedule
Option for a 4‑day workweek and at least 6 weeks of vacation per year
Qualifications
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana
- Board eligible or certified in Otolaryngology
- Medical degree required
