Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive ENT care, including diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as chronic cough, ear and sinus surgeries, head and neck cancer, and pediatric ENT services.
• Performing otolaryngology surgeries at the hospital, with a typical schedule of 3-4 days in the office and 1 day dedicated to surgery.
• Managing patient care during routine office hours and participating in call coverage (1:3 ratio, including one weekend per month).
• Collaborating with regional physicians and supporting opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and program development.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of residency).
• Experience or new graduates are welcome.

Pay

Base salary ranging from $473,000 to $641,000, with potential bonuses.

Schedule
