Responsibilities
- Execute a robust and rigorous software quality assessment process, providing direction to assess and approve Over The Air (OTA) updates and software solutions.
- During design & development phase, lead the team to a robust acceptance of deliverables, a strong risk control and an effective handling of anomalies.
- Animate convergence of quality indicators along the entire development plan for a successful OTA software deployment.
- Lead the OTA software quality assessments for all SWX projects milestones, reviews and support the milestones assessment at module and vehicle level.
- Work with Plan and Product teams for a robust features/services portfolio and launch plan.
- Assess and evaluate the readiness of features/services description and user stories at project start.
- Report the status of the OTA Quality and Customer Experience KPIs to the upper management team and engage engineering, project management and suppliers during the issue solving process.
- Support serial life improvements on Customer field complaints.
- Develop a culture of collaboration, diversity and inclusion.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in automotive/consumer electrical and software engineering
- Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities
- Experience with component and system architecture of large complex on-board / off-board solutions including electronic, computer network and software
- Deep understanding of typical connected vehicle E2E architectures and automotive development processes
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies, especially on SAFe Agile practices
- Experience with project status & risk reporting and escalation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills while working in multi-site environment
- Lead the activities supported by a small team (approximately 1-3 people worldwide)
- Fluency in English is required, any other European language is an advantage
