OTA, Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN

About the role

Continuum Therapy Partners offers PRN therapists the freedom to build a schedule around their lives while remaining part of a supportive team led by experienced clinicians. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work alongside full‑time and PRN therapists whose voices shape patient care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and report changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in an Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (preferred).

Schedule

PRN – Daytime shifts.

Location: Heritage Health Services, Port Washington, WI.
