OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant

About the role

Three Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) openings serving McAlester or Eufaula school districts, with potential for limited virtual or Home Health coverage.

Setting & Case Mix: ~75% school-based with ~25% virtual schools and/or Home Health potential (may apply to one of the three roles).

Schedule: Full-time opportunities available; flexibility depending on caseload and school needs.

Compensation: Competitive, experience-based pay with incentives considered for the right candidate.

Target start date July 27, 2026; school experience preferred, new graduates welcome.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT
• Complete documentation
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Assist with development of programs

Job Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
