Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Provide direct therapy services, foster patient relationships, and assist in daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to help achieve rehabilitation goals.Celebrate patient progress and victories throughout their recovery process. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications preferred.
