Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to oversee daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering strong relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations and team management.Deliver compassionate, individualized therapy to patients.Ensure adherence to procedures and treatment plans.Support professional development and training of staff.Build rewarding patient relationships and promote positive outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current licensure or certification per state requirements.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding relevant specialty certifications preferred.
