OT - Therapy Services

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients
• Supervise treatments and conduct assessments
• Develop personalized care plans to promote recovery and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Celebrate patient victories and progress
• Deliver compassionate, personalized occupational therapy services
• Guide patients through care and treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a motivating environment

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable
