OT SCADA Engineer
About the role
You’ll work within the Operational Engineering team and global Operational Technology & Security utilizing technical expertise and engineering methods to increase reliability of fleet assets, thus reducing plant downtime. You’ll be working with a wide variety of control systems, analyzing processes, and making improvements, as well as gaining experience in other systems which are critical for our assets operations.
Responsibilities
- Raise the standards for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and cyber security.
- Support the organization in implementing existing and new assets into the global OT organization.
- Drive operational excellence through watertight cybersecurity for all our asset sites by proactively addressing immediate and long-term issues and opportunities, maintaining integrity all the while.
- Work with internal and external suppliers to remedy issues and implement new functionalities.
- Maintain the integrity of OT systems by preventive maintenance and lifecycle management.
- Support troubleshooting all assets OT systems when needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong SCADA, OT, and IT knowledge.
- Have a curious mindset and an innovative approach to problem solving.
- At least four years of experience in a related role.
- Enthusiastic about physical and online security and proactively intervene to make our workplaces hazard-free.
- Competent in analyzing system processes and the control of them.
- Effective communication skills that allow you to achieve results in teams with many stakeholders.
- Able to work in an organized way in changing environments.

Pay
The salary range for this position is 104,302 to 132,000. Individual pay with the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Travel may be required as you’ll be going to asset locations to work on equipment as well as training and team meetings in the US and Europe as needed.
