OT/PT - Hand Therapist

Role Overview Seeking a Hand Therapist to provide specialized assessment and treatment for patients with upper quarter injuries or impairments. The therapist applies current knowledge, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices to deliver individualized patient care. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for health and wellness, and serve as educators and mentors for students and peers. Additionally, they assist in departmental planning and growth. Key Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.Promote prevention, restore function, and manage pathology progression.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide education and consultation.Participate in department organization, professional development, and planning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program; licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.Preferred board certification in a clinical specialty or advanced healthcare degree.For Hand Therapists: Successful completion or eligibility for the CHT exam; Doctorate preferred.Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
