OT PRN

About the role

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents regain independence and improve everyday function.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, balance, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with PTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Pay

$50–$55/hour

Schedule

PRN (as-needed) flexible scheduling
