As an Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security engineer on our team, you’ll develop your skills in conducting cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring as you perform quality control of processes and products, mentor junior system administrators, and produce and provide support to working groups and committees as a knowledgeable authority in the subject area. Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, security design engineering, and threat monitoring
• Perform quality control of processes and products
• Mentor junior system administrators
• Produce and provide support to working groups and committees as a knowledgeable authority
• Resolve interoperability challenges
• Support hardware acquisition
• Implement countermeasures, detect threats, and help maintain the overall cybersecurity posture of systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with network administration
• Experience with maintaining Cisco networking switches
• Experience with maintaining Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) OT-SDN switches
• Experience with maintaining network cabling infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling
• Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on existing infrastructures
• Ability to author, interpret, and analyze technical documentation
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain IAT II Certification such as Security+ within 30 days of start date

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with network administration
• Experience with maintaining VMware and Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines (VMs) and maintaining Network Appliance storage arrays or technologies
• Experience with NESSUS vulnerability scanning
• Experience in assisting with Security related or Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) matters
• Knowledge of Operational Technology and Industrial controls systems
• Top Secret clearance
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Associate's degree
• Net+ or CCNA certification

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
