OSP Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team across multiple telecom design projects.
Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve OSP design challenges using industry standards and project documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the lifecycle of each assignment.
Monitor team performance and track production metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Analyze project and performance data using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and drive decisions.

Design
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience (5+ years)
Hands-on experience with tools such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD/CAD, IKE, O-Calc Pro, and related systems
Strong technical experience in drafting, telecom design, make-ready engineering, or GIS
Familiarity with platforms such as NDS, FROGS, Varasset, ArcPro, ESRI, or similar tools is a plus
Skills
Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
