About the role

User Support Specialists are responsible for providing technical support to clients using various intelligence platforms. This includes troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring system stability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Document and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Train clients on new features and functionalities of the platform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Ensure system stability and availability through regular monitoring and maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in user support or IT operations.
  • Experience with intelligence platform software, particularly those used in the defense or security sectors.
  • Security clearance is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • $126,324 per year for User Support Specialist 4 with Security Clearance at Base-2 Solutions, LLC.
  • $95,072 per year for User Support Specialist with Security Clearance at Data Machines.
  • $133,874 per year for User Support Specialist with Security Clearance at VTG.
  • $88,683 per year for All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 4 with Security Clearance at Base-2 Solutions, LLC.
  • $86,264 per year for All-Source Platform User Support Specialist 3 with Security Clearance at Base-2 Solutions, LLC.
