About the role
CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. The position requires interfacing with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
Responsibilities
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development.
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.

Pay
$80,500 - $149,500 a year
