OSINT Collector (Mandarin Proficiency) – Mid-Level

Position Overview

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Collector (Mandarin) to support INDOPACOM intelligence requirements through language-enabled open-source collection and exploitation.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph preferred)
• Mandarin proficiency (DLPT Level 3 or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (within the last 2 years)
• Minimum 3 years of OSIR writing experience
• Completion of one of the following:
• Army BOSI
• CIDIA BOSI 301 or 302
• DIA BOTC or AOTC
• Equivalent commercial OSINT training

Required Skills & Competencies

• Ability to rapidly translate and contextualize foreign-language materials into English
• Strong analytic writing skills aligned with DIA standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to collaborate across IC partners and mission stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail in OSINT collection planning and execution

Highly Desired Experience

• Producing OSIRs in accordance with DIEM guidance
• Familiarity with DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production
