OSHC Manager

Day To Day Duties

• Overall management and responsibility for the day to day running of a service
• Leadership and guidance for a team of educators, food coordinators and trainees
• Delivering the highest quality customer service and support to families and the community
• Responsibility for rostering and wage submission on a fortnightly basis
• Performance management and goal setting with team members
• Mentoring and guidance for all team members in high quality care and education
• Support and development of trainees
• Responsibility for community engagement initiatives leading to brand awareness and new enquiries
• Delivering outstanding centre tours to families leading to new enrolments

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
