Responsibilities

• Defend employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSA agencies
• Handle a mix of labor & employment litigation and OSHA matters
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and handle discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings

Requirements

• 4+ years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with OSHA-related matters required
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex matters

Pay

Salary Range: $200,000 – $260,000 / year DOE
