About the role

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families. Clinicians will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
• Treat infants to correct ear shapes with EarWell®
• Evaluate and provide treatment for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears
• Develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process

Requirements

• Preferred background in pediatrics
• Formal training program included in hiring process

Qualifications

• PTs and OTs with background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development
• Registered Nurses with experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families
• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists and Certified Orthotists with hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care
• Certified Orthotists with pediatric experience a plus

Pay and Schedule

• The pay range for this position is $95,000 – $105,000
• Traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work
