About the role

We are seeking a full-time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band®
• Correct ear shapes using EarWell®
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process
• Provide direct patient care with minimal paperwork

Requirements

• Certified Orthotist (required)
• Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required)
• Background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or prosthetics/orthotics (valued)
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000, dependent on the applicant's tenure and relevant experience. This position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
