Seeking a qualified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a private group of 4 in North of Tampa. Open to candidates specializing in General Orthopedic Surgery, Spine, or Trauma. The group has been established for 15 years and operates from a single office with available space for new physicians. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive orthopedic care, with call coverage for Spine (1 in 2) and General (1 in 4). Key qualifications include board certification or eligibility in orthopedics, with experience in spine, trauma, or general orthopedics preferred. Skills required encompass excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal abilities, along with a commitment to patient care. Key duties involve patient evaluations, surgical procedures, and collaborative practice within the team. Compensation includes a competitive salary via hospital income guarantee, a commencement bonus, medical education debt assistance, CME, vacation, malpractice coverage, licensure support, and relocation expenses. There is also an option for partnership to the right candidate.
