About the role
Seeking qualified physicians for specialized orthopedic and spine surgery roles in a South Florida practice. Perform spine (orthopedic or neurosurgery) or extremity orthopedic/sports surgeries, primarily in outpatient settings, with no weekends or call duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury and work compensation cases.
- Contribute to the practice’s diversification into commercial payers.
- Travel to Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Orlando as needed.
- Majority of surgeries performed at outpatient centers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board certification required in orthopedic or neurosurgery specialties.
- Strong surgical skills with experience in outpatient procedures preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary and bonus structure with earning potential up to $1 million for spine surgeons and up to $700 K for extremity/sports surgeons.
