We are seeking a full-time Ortho Extremity Surgeon to join a multi-modality spine and joint practice with locations across Southeast Florida. Key Responsibilities Include Providing specialized orthopedic surgical care focused on shoulder, knees, and hips; hand/wrist/elbow experience is a plusTreating acute injuries and collaborating with other specialists for patient referralsWorking in fully equipped offices with trained radiology techniciansManaging a typical schedule of 20-25 patients over 3-4 days weekly, including 1-2 operating days Qualifications & Skills Board certification in orthopedicsExperience in extremity surgeryStrong commitment to patient care and safetyAbility to adapt work hours to patient needs and traffic conditions Benefits & Compensation Salary range of $450,000–$600,000 plus RVU bonus structureHealth, dental, vision insurance; 401K (no match yet)Three weeks of vacation and one week CME leave annually Additional Info This role involves minimal travel, with offices equipped for procedures and a focus on treating injuries without chronic medication management.
