Orthopedic Surgery Physician in a busy musculoskeletal outpatient facility, providing comprehensive treatment for diverse patient conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for an assigned caseload.
- Function independently with full clinical privileges and assume responsibility for patient care, documentation, and decisions.
- Consult with staff regarding patient evaluations and promote best practices in treatment.
- Manage patient care, emphasizing preventative care, disease management, and lifestyle considerations.
- Serve as a clinical leader in emergencies and ensure compliance with documentation procedures.
- Travel between multiple locations across the NYC metro area and northern New Jersey to treat patients.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted medical license in New York and New Jersey.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a medical team.
