Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and provide meaningful education to patients.
• Integrate manual therapy techniques as part of your practice.
• Prescribe exercises tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Build lasting patient relationships through attentive care and clear communication.
• Utilize your clinical judgment to provide individualized care.
• Contribute to the development of specialty programs and contribute to team culture.
• Mentor others and grow into leadership roles as your experience expands.

Requirements

• Several years of orthopedic PT experience.
• A genuine passion for lifelong learning and taking initiative to solve problems.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and holistic care.
• “Great hands” and experience with manual therapies such as John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and IPA.
• An interest in orthopedics, women’s/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or developing other specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Pass the state licensing exam.
• Current CPR certification.

$75,000 - $120,000+ annual salary, commensurate with experience.
