Orthopedic Surgery Physician - Sports Medicine

Position Highlights

Specialty: Sports orthopedic surgery with a focus on outpatient and surgical care
Schedule: Monday–Friday; 1–2 dedicated surgery days per week
Patient Volume: 35–40 patients per day
Call: No ER or trauma call
Practice Model: Physicians are supported by an initial income guarantee, with a transition to an EBIT based model, aligning physician earnings with practice financial performance and growth
Onsite Performance Recovery Center: Features hyper-ice therapy, red light treatment, Normatec compression, and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy
Support Team: Experienced, dedicated clinical and administrative staff

Candidate Requirements

Board certification by ABOS or ABMS required
Post-training experience strongly preferred
