About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in orthopedic surgical cases
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and a supportive team
- Provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative environment
- Contribute to a practice with no weekends or call
Requirements
- Strong clinical foundation in orthopedic surgery or relevant experience (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform as a first assist in the OR
