About the Role
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to join a collaborative team in South Sacramento.
The practice offers strong outpatient and surgical support systems, including exceptional peri-op and OR staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide elective and non-elective upper extremity surgery
- Work closely with Physician Assistants and Surgical Assistants
- Manage approximately two surgical days per week
- Share call duties (approximately 1 in 9)
- Utilize dedicated trauma room time staffed by Trauma Orthopedic Surgeons
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Hand/Upper Extremity Surgery
- California medical licensure or eligibility
- Expertise in hand, elbow, and shoulder
