Responsibilities

• Provide specialized orthopedic care focused on hand surgery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, including PAs, medical assistants, and coordinators
• Share on-call duties with team members, without a separate hand call schedule
• Utilize advanced electronic medical records and AI-based charting for efficient patient management
• Focus on delivering excellent patient care with a work-life balance, flexible schedules, and support
• Participate in a physician-led environment that promotes leadership development

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligibility for or current CA medical license
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
