Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $850,000 base salary (DOE)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 weeks paid time off (PTO)
• $175,000 loan repayment
• $4,000 continuing medical education (CME) allowance

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• 25-bed Level IV Trauma Center
• 4-day work week
• Full spectrum of orthopedic surgery (bread & butter cases)
• Access to full range of equipment, positioning devices, and instruments
• 3 operating rooms and a clinic with 3 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms
• EMR: Epic
• Call: Primarily phone consults

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Must acquire Minnesota medical license
