About the role

Southwestern Louisiana – Orthopedic Total Joints Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Specialist required. Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base. Direct employment by Lake Charles Memorial Health System. High performing, stable practice with established providers. Level III ED Trauma Center with many high impact trauma cases. Onsite physical therapy. Strong nursing support. Total joint – hip and knee replacement.

Responsibilities

• ED call coverage
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record
• Provide orthopedic total joint (hip and knee) replacement services

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Specialist
• Orthopedic Total Joint Fellowship required
