About the Role
We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with a primary focus on upper extremities to join Iredell Orthopedic Center. This position involves seeing patients in both Statesville and Mooresville. The role is an employed position with Iredell Physician Network, affiliated with Iredell Health System.
Iredell Health System is a locally owned and managed 501c3 nonprofit organization serving Iredell, Alexander, and Catawba counties. Our system includes a 247-bed hospital, Iredell Memorial, and a network of 30 practices, including 13 primary care clinics, 12 specialty groups, 3 ambulatory surgery centers, and 2 urgent cares.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized orthopedic care with a focus on upper extremities.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure positive and effective patient experiences.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and work effectively with others.
- Serve patients without prejudice or judgment, regardless of lifestyle, race, economic status, age, or religious affiliation.
Requirements
- Active NC Medical License and DEA.
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Experience or focus on upper extremities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment.
