100% inpatient role | Monday–Friday, 8–5
Shared evening and weekend call (1:8)
Postoperative clinic support included

Qualifications
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
- Two-year guaranteed salary: $730,000, plus production
- Potential to earn $1M+ annually
- $100,000 recruitment incentive
