Qualifications

  • MD or DO ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
  • Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses.
  • Broad clinical and surgical skill set in general orthopedics.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs.
  • Potential to earn $1M+ annually.
  • $100,000 recruitment incentive.
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
  • Generous time off: 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays.
  • $6,000 annual CME allowance.
