Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Board certification in specialty (or demonstration of certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists, where applicable)
