About The Role
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our high-demand orthopedic team. This role encompasses the full breadth of general orthopedic care — both surgical and non-surgical — for a highly active patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical and non-surgical management of general orthopedic conditions across a high-volume, musculoskeletal-focused population
- Perform outpatient orthopedic procedures at affiliated ASCs and collaborate closely with in-house PT and imaging teams
- Lead and contribute to evidence-based MSK care, sports medicine, and injury prevention initiatives
- Utilize EPIC/MyChart EHR to optimize care coordination, documentation, and pre/post-operative workflows
- Serve as a referral anchor for primary care providers managing fractures, joint pain, sports injuries, and orthopedic conditions across the full spectrum of care
- Maintain productivity expectations aligned with MGMA benchmarks
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
