About the role

A hospital-employed orthopedic team is seeking a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing program with exceptional earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform sports medicine procedures including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, and cartilage restoration.
• Opportunities to expand into elbow and hip arthroscopy.
• Handle a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities.
• Work in a modern hospital campus supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in OH.
• Interest in arthroscopy and sports injury procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with orthopedic team and referral network.

Pay

Annual salary range: $750,000 minimum to $1,000,000 maximum. Salaries can start as high as $908K with bonuses up to $90K. Potential to earn $1 million or more in the first year including base and bonus incentives. Currency: USD.
