An established hospital-employed orthopedic team is seeking a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing program with exceptional earning potential. First-year compensation can reach $1 million or more, including a base salary starting as high as $908K, bonuses up to $90K, a $100K sign-on bonus, and up to $200K in student loan repayment. Productivity incentives allow earnings to surpass these figures.
About the role
This position focuses on sports medicine procedures such as shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscus repair, and cartilage restoration, with opportunities to expand into elbow and hip arthroscopy. You’ll work in a modern hospital campus, supported by a collaborative team, handling a mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities. The schedule is weekday-based, with Fridays ending before noon.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine (preferred)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
- Interest in arthroscopy and sports injury procedures
- Ability to collaborate with the orthopedic team and referral network
Pay
- Annual salary range: $750,000 – $1,000,000
- Base salary up to $908,000
- Bonuses up to $90,000
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
