Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon in Ohio - $908k base salary + $100k Sign onBonus + bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine and expertise in shoulder and knee arthroscopy to join a hospital-employed practice. The candidate will have opportunities to expand services to include elbow and hip arthroscopy and lead the growth of a high-demand sports medicine program within an established orthopedic group supported by a strong referral network.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced procedures such as shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, and cartilage restoration.
• Manage trauma cases including long bone and fracture treatments.
• Participate in joint replacement surgeries like hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty, with potential to add elbow replacements.
• Contribute to outpatient and inpatient care, including office procedures and hospital-based surgeries.
• Expand services in hand, pediatric, foot & ankle, and potentially spine care.
• Lead and develop the sports medicine service line.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in sports medicine, with expertise in shoulder and knee arthroscopy.
• Interest in expanding to elbow and hip arthroscopy.
• Strong surgical skills, especially in advanced arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures.
• Ability to lead program growth and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
