Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (MD/DO)

About the Role

Develop and manage a dedicated spine practice, performing complex spine procedures using advanced technology such as the Globus ExcelsiusGPS® Navigation System. Handle a balanced mix of clinic and surgical cases while contributing to practice growth in a supportive environment. The initial focus will be on patient panel development, progressing to a schedule of three days in the operating room and two days in clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced spine procedures, including ACDF, cervical disc replacement, lumbar fusion, SI joint procedures, and kyphoplasty
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 18 clinic patients daily and 2-6 surgeries per day
• Build and maintain strong referral networks to support a thriving spine practice
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to enhance clinical development
• Shape the growth of a dedicated spine service line within a growing healthcare network

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery required
• Open to experienced surgeons, new graduates, and fellows
