Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader, Cardiothoracic

About the role

As an Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader specializing in Cardiothoracic, you will lead sales efforts and drive growth within the Central and Southern Oregon and Northern California territories. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, providing medical education, and supporting operating room procedures with Arthrex technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Provide medical education and training to healthcare professionals on Arthrex products and technologies.
• Support surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, offering technical expertise and guidance.
• Serve as a technology consultant to customers, addressing their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Organize and facilitate educational opportunities at local surgical skills labs for surgeons and facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedics or cardiothoracic specialties.
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
