About the role

Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and trauma surgeries. Collaborate with therapy services to support patient rehabilitation, mobility, and independence. Participate in innovative initiatives to enhance patient care and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care to orthopedic patients
• Work with therapy teams to promote rehabilitation and mobility
• Engage in initiatives that improve patient care and operational workflow

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current RN or LPN license in Missouri
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
